I've tried it on my end, and the inventory was decreased. You may be experiencing some browser issue. Let's run some troubleshooting steps to fix it.
To start with, access your QuickBooks account in a private/incognito browser. Then, see if the inventory change. Here are the keyboard keys to open an incognito wind ow:
IIf it's working fine, we'll have to go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to eliminate the junk files. Alternatively, we can use other supported browsers to isolate the issue further.
