I created the account from Egypt but we are using it in Zambia, how to change the country?

Hi, Haneen. A QuickBooks Online account created for a specific region, like Egypt, cannot be changed to another region because of differences in tax rules, payroll, and features. 

To use QuickBooks in Zambia, you’ll need to set up a new account and select the Zambia region. If your current subscription is still active, it may need to be canceled first. 

Before making the switch, make sure to download or back up any important data from your existing account, as data does not transfer across regions.

You can also use the Multicurrency feature to record foreign currency transactions in your current account without needing to change the account’s country.

You need to open a new QBO account. Then you can consider to purchase a 3rd party service to migrate data if required.
