I've got some information to share about customising sales templates in QuickBooks Online.
QuickBooks Online gives you the tools to create attractive, professional-looking invoices, estimates, and sales receipts. This allows you to select the information that you wish to show up on the template.

The system also lets you import invoice templates. This way, you can comply with your business's requirements. Know that as of 29/06/2021, new QuickBooks Online accounts will no longer have access to the Import Styles feature inside of QuickBooks Labs. Existing accounts can still save and upload DOCX templates.

Your given reply does not meet my requirements.
The given customization helps to do minor changes to invoice template. Earlier with import style , i managed our customization invoice requirement. Now i feel difficulties to do the customization ( I have attached our invoice format for your reference).
I kindly request to enable to custom form style to upload our invoice requirments.

We're unable to customize the imported invoice the same as your attachment. I know it will benefit your business if you can. I suggest sending feedback directly to our software engineers. It'll help us request to enable a new custom form style. Here's how:

Did you use QB Desktop? We can easily create your invoice template on it, but not on QB Online.
