Hello there, @userpierluca-ferrett.

Thanks for visiting the Community today. I'm here to share some insights about using the Map fields to fully customize sales forms in QuickBooks.

When importing your custom estimate to QuickBooks Online (QBO), just access your DOCX template after designing your custom form style. Then, match your estimate fields with QuickBooks fields to upload it successfully. Here's how:

  1. Open your DOCX template, then identify text or fields that don’t change with each print as you design your template. Logos, company information, certifications, and such are static info. Make it part of your template.
  2. Replace all fields with scalar or table fields, as appropriate to your chosen form type.
  3. Ensure all fields match the EZ Map fields defined in the EZ Map catalogue.

Then, follow Step 2 to Step 4 in this help article to complete the process: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates. You also want to customize your estimates in QBO.

For future reference, read through this article: How to create a recurring invoice and manage recurring transactions. It helps you save time when you have customers you need to invoice regularly.

I'd be delighted to help you again on your next posts, @userpierluca-ferrett. Take care.
