I've lost all my invoice records and sales transactions on this app. What's going on??

Hello there, @buildingdreamslt.

 

I'm here to help you fix this issue. I'd like to know more details if you're able to check your sales and invoices through the QuickBooks Online website?

 

If you've already checked it in the Sales menu, go to the Audit log to see who deleted the transactions. Then, manually enter the invoices or sales transactions one by one if it is really deleted. 


However, if you're transactions are there when you log in using the browser. You can perform the application troubleshooting method. First, you can restart the application. If it's still the same, you can refresh the data. However, if it's still not working, you can clear the data in the application. Here's how:

 

There are two places to clear app data and remove cached data.

 

  • In the QuickBooks Online app:
    • Android: From More Options ⋮, select Settings, then select Refresh Data, and then select Yes.
    • iOS: From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback, select Refresh Data, and then tap Refresh.
  • In your device Settings:
    • Android: From your device's Settings, select Apps (varies by device), choose QuickBooks app from the list, and then select Storage. Finally, select clear data.
    • iOS: From your device's Settings, select Setting General iPhone Storage and choose an app that's taking up a lot of space. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App.

 

 

Once done performing the steps above and it's still not working, you can uninstall the application and reinstall it again. You can check these application store depends on your phone's operating system:
