If I create multiple invoices for the same cutomer, the account summary does not show amount for "Other invoices from this date"
On the first relationship with a customer, I created few invoices on the same date. When I print the invoices, it does not show account summary. If I change the date of invoices, it prints the account summary but it does not show other invoices from this date.
The error may appear when there's an issue with the browser. This is the reason why the account summary isn't showing when printing the invoices.
The best thing that we can do is to perform some basic troubleshooting steps. This way, you can get back to your business. First, use a private browser to access your account in QuickBooks. It is also known as InPrivate in Internet Explorer and Incognito mode in Google Chrome. This browser mode doesn't record the browsing activity on your local device. You can access this by pressing the following keys:
Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
Control + Option + P (Safari).
If the account summary is now showing the amount for "Other invoices from this date", then let's go back to your regular web browser and clear its cache. If the same things happen, use another supported browser. This might be a temporary issue with QuickBooks and the current browser that you use.
