is it possible to link quickbooks to google calender and have it automatically send out appointment and payment reminders?

I'm a personal trainer and just looking to streamline client admin

I appreciate your focus on streamlining client administration, stafford. Currently, QuickBooks Online (QBO) does not support a direct integration with Google Calendar.

 

However, you can explore other third-party tools available in the Integrations menu to help with appointment scheduling and automation.

 

Alternatively, you can use QuickBooks' built-in features for scheduling appointments and sending payment reminders. We can set up recurring invoices for the sessions, and QuickBooks will automatically notify clients about payments, even if it’s separate from your calendar.
