Is there an option to make different inventories and transfer goods between them?

You need to use a third-party inventory management app to have multi-warehouse features.

QuickBooks Online doesn't offer separate inventory locations or the ability to transfer stock between them.  All inventory is tracked in a single combined pool.

You can turn on Location Tracking, which allows you to tag transactions for reporting; however, it does not split inventory quantities or support stock transfers.

If you need inventory management across multiple locations, consider using a third-party application that supports inventory transfers between locations.
