Let's get this sorted out. Once you turned on the multi-currency feature, you should be able to see the Zimbabwe Dollar in the list of your currencies after adding and saving it.
To better isolate the problem, let's try to check if the issue has something to do with your browser. You'll need to log into your account through the Private window.

If you're able to see the Zimbabwe Dollar via the private window, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Please follow the outlined steps in this article depending on the browser you're using: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?

Hi I see that you have replied that the Zimbabwe Dollar now appears as a currency. Does it have a rate and symbol separate and distinct from the USD? We signed up for
the trial version which ended today awaiting a response on this issue as it is mission critical to separate the USD from the Zimbabwe Dollar (ZWL established Feb 2019 and not ZWD - abandoned in 2009)

To add some clarification, the Zimbabwe Dollar is currently unavailable as a currency in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Our providers of exchange rates are unable to obtain exchange rates for this currency.
I can see how having this option will be helpful for you and your business. Rest assured that I'll pass along your suggestion to our Product Developers. They're always looking for ideas to consider on how to improve QBO.
