My icons to snap receipts, add invoices etc are gone, all I see when I go to the app is the message “you’re all caught up” and can’t find where to snap receipts

My icons to snap receipts, add invoices etc are gone, all I see when I go to the app is the message “you’re all caught up” and can’t find where to snap receipts

There are several possible reasons why the QuickBooks Online app is behaving differently and not displaying icons such as the snap receipts and add invoice icons. 

 

To resolve this, we can perform troubleshooting steps to restore the missing features. We'll start by refreshing your app's data. This process retrieves the most up-to-date information, such as  icons and other features.

 

Follow these steps:


For iOS

 

  1. Go to Settings, then tap General.
  2. Tap iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Tap Offload App.
    This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.


For Andriod

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰. Tap More Options.
  2. Tap Settings then, Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

 

If this option above isn't working on your end, you can uninstall and reinstall your QBO mobile app as it will be another way to set your app to the most up-to-date version.
