one inventory account is corrupted and do not let add adjustment, delete or add any transactions: -how can we unblock this situation? -can QB delete or reset on its side?

probably some imported transactions made the inventory balance go negative. Tried: - clear cache and change browser - add adjustment prior to negative inventory balance - delete transactions

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the option to reset accounts in the chart of accounts is currently unavailable.

Here’s how:

 

  1. Click (?) Help, then proceed to the Search tab.
  2. Utilize the search field or open an article.
  3. Select Contact US at the bottom of the Help panel.
  4. Enter your concern in the designated box to Continue.
  5. Choose Chat with us or Have us call you.
