Can rounding off option in invoice

In order to enable rounding off function follow the steps below:

1. Select the Gear icon at the top > Company Settings
2. Click Sales in the left pane
3. Click "Sales form content" section and
4. Make sure that the "Round off final amounts for sales transactions" is ticked.
5. Click the Save button.
6. Now click Expenses in the left pane
7. Click "Bills and expenses" section and
8. Make sure that the "Round off final amounts for expense transactions" is ticked.
9. Click Save button
10. Click Done button to go back to the original screen

I'd like to verify if what region of QuickBooks Online you're currently using so I can walk you through the detailed steps. The option to round of final amounts for transactions is only for Indian users. If so, we can try to verify if the issue is a browser-related. 

Log in to QuickBooks using a private browser. Then, follow the steps provided by my colleague on how to Round off final amounts. If this works, switch back to the main browser to clear the cache. Sometimes stored cache files cause unexpected behavior within QuickBooks and other frequently visited sites. Using other browsers like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Mozilla Firefox can help us get rid of unusual behaviors.
