Hi there, max-at-cuba-gmai.
You have the option to link the bank account where you're booking income is deposited. This way, deposits will automatically download in your bank feeds. The other option is to manually enter your income through the Bank deposit page.
Here's how to link an account:
For more details about this process, you can click this page: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.
Keep me posted if you have other questions. Take care!
You may record the revenue as Sales Receipts and import the data by an importer tool

As additional option, consider having this app to manage your properties and integrate it with Airbnb

Hi @max-at-cuba-gmai, check out Bnbtally. This is an Airbnb & QuickBooks integration which can be found in the QuickBooks App Store: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/appdetails/bnbtallyapp/en-us
With this tool you can import months, even years worth of reservation data into QuickBooks and automatically allocate Accommodation Fare, Cleaning Fee and Airbnb Host Service fees for each reservation with great precision.
We are very excited to be a part of the QuickBooks community. So far we've accumulated an amazing pool of users, including Accountants with clients that have large portfolios of Airbnb listings - Accountants love us! We've also already onboarded many Property Managers directly as well. It's a pleasure to provide the community with a reliable Airbnb integration and an indispensable tool for their reconciliation workflow.
Feel free to reach out directly if you have any questions.
Respectfully,
Jason Weber
