How can I stop the pop up messages when I open an invoice. There are four helpful hints on how to complete an invoice but I've got it now and would like them to stop

How can I stop the pop up messages when I open an invoice. There are four helpful hints on how to complete an invoice but I've got it now and would like them to stop

Let me help you in getting rid of the pop-up guides or hints.

 

These pop-ups usually appear if you're new to QuickBooks Online. Though, we can stop them by simply clicking the X button. If the same thing happens, you may perform some troubleshooting steps.

 

Start by using an incognito window and create an invoice from there.

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

If it works fine, you just need to clear the cache to fix browser-related errors. Lastly, make sure that the browser is up-to-date.
