At this time, the structure of the invoice template for Saudi Arabia's Electronic Invoice Format and Regulations is not yet available in the system in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
I can see the importance of creating invoices that meets your tax agency's needs. For now, I recommend checking out for an add-on service (third-party application) that can integrate with QBO to comply with the new invoice regulation.
