Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, @raziff.
You can only change or remove your home currency if Multicurrency is not yet enabled. If it is already activated, QuickBooks Online (QBO), no longer allow you to remove it. This is to avoid messing up your books particularly when adjusting sales tax. For more information, please see this article: Can I change my home currency?
Also, when the feature is on, the invoice currency will depend on the currency set up in your customer's profile. If you want to change it, you'll have to delete and recreate the customer with the correct payment and billing details.

This is currently working as designed in QuickBooks Online International accounts. You'll really see the invoice amount in your home currency and in your customer's currency.
As of the moment, there isn't a setting to remove the home currency amount. Having said that, feel free to send feedback about it so our engineers will be aware that you don't want to it on your transactions. Just click on the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
Feel free to go back to this thread if you have any other questions about your sales transactions. Take care and have a good one!
