Welcome,
I get your point about how important it is to have a direct option to import templates within your QBO account. This way, you can add specific data and make some amendments according to your preferences.
I can see that importing a customized sales form is a fantastic choice. However, this is no longer supported for all QuickBooks Online accounts as of June 29, 2021. This is why you’re unable to add your own and have the only option of using the built-in editor or customisation.
Yes, we have plenty of third-party applications you can integrate with QuickBooks. Please know we’re unable to suggest a specific one. However, you can compare their features, ratings, and read other users' comments on this page: QuickBooks App Store.
You can also search for the app within your QuickBooks Online account. Just follow the steps below:

Where is your company located?
Hi there,
Thanks for you reply. I have 2 questions as below:
1. I have searched for the app in the app store but I couldn't find anything that allows me to do this. Maybe you could suggest me a particular one? That would be very helpful.
2. Since you mentioned that "this is no longer supported for all QuickBooks Online accounts as of June 29, 2021".
As I have an old account that was created in 2019, I want to know whether any QB Online Accounts that were created prior to this date will be able to continue using this feature in the future? Or will it be removed from QB Online system and these all accounts are going to use the current form styles in QB, gradually?
Thanks for your reading and I look forward to your response.
Hi @Fiat Lux - ASIA,
Currently, I am using the Global version of QB Online (Plus plan). Do you have any suggestion regarding my issue?
Thank you.
Is your company located in APAC?
You can explore this free invoicing app as a workaround.
Then utilize a connector to mirror data into QBO.

Did you find a solution for this? The custom styling is very limited with customization.
