While printing Invoices 6% CGST and SGST is showing as 600% Please solve the issues as soon as Kindly contact us with below number xxxxxxxxxx/745

Hi there, vipdentalblr. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Let's check the tax rate setup if it's 6%, if no, then this could be the reason why it's showing 600% on your invoices.

To verify, here's how:

  1. From the left menu, click Taxes
  2. Tap the drop-down menu beside the Tax and choose CGST or SGST.
  3. Hit the Edit CGST or Edit SGST button.
  4. Select Edit rates

From there, you'll see the tax rate. If it's wrong, then you can add rate to enter the correct one. However, if it's correct, let's open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on a private browser and try to print invoice again. Some function modules may be affected by outdated cache files, which can slow down and affect QuickBooks functionalities.

Here's how to open it:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

If it works, then your main browser may have too much historical data from previously visited websites which causes this kind of behavior.

To ensure this doesn't happen again, it's a good idea to clear the cache of the browser you're using. The following article contains additional insight, as well as steps for the supported browsers: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

In case you'd encounter printing issues in the future, see this resource for a solution: Fix QuickBooks Online printing issues on browsers for Windows.

Keep me posted how things go on your end. I want to ensure this resolves for you. Have a great day.
