Hi! I'm wondering how to record a transaction involving renting out space. I have a client who owns a restaurant that has some outdoor seating. They're renting that outdoor seating space to a church every week because of current COVID rules requiring outdoor meetings. This isn't part of their usual business activities. What should I record this income as? I'm thinking of creating an account like 'special event income' or something like that, but I'm not sure how something like this is customarily recorded. Any advice?
