You'll have to create a template, provide a business name and tick the box on the customer form styles page for it to show on your invoice. briseida-ayala-m.

To do this, you can follow the steps below.

  1. Click the Gear icon and then select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Select Invoice.
  3. Go to the Content tab, then click the first part of the invoice on the other page that contains the company name.
  4. Provide the name of the company, then make sure to tick the Business name box.
  5. Click Done.

After that, you can go to the actual invoice and use the template.

  1. Open the actual invoice.
  2. Click Customise at the bottom part, then select the correct template.
  3. Click Print or Preview to check if it's reflecting the company name.
  4. Click Save and close.

Lastly, you can go to the Other preferences tab section to change your date format.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon. then select Accounts and settings.
  2. Go to the Advanced tab, click the pencil icon on the Other preferences section, and change the date format.
  3. Click Save and Done.
