There is some technical error while importing Invoices

Hi there, @pratibha1.

Thank you for posting here in the Community. I know how this error affects your time so let me help you fix it to import transactions successfully in QuickBooks.

Since you're having technical issues, the browser's stored cache may be full. It can cause unusual behavior, such as being unable to import invoices.

We can use a private browser to open your account and see if you can upload successfully. It doesn't use the browser cache, which stores data that creates browser-related issues.

Use these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift +N

If you can import without any issues, let's switch back to the regular browser and clear its cache. This helps to restore the default setup of the browser.

In case the problem persists, please use another supported web engine to get the best and most secure experience with the program.

If you're still facing the same problem, I recommend sharing more details about the error. This way, we'll be able to check it and provide additional troubleshooting steps.

For additional reference, I've attached a link you can use to learn about what you can and can't import to QuickBooks: Import multiple invoices at once.

You're always welcome to post any questions you have in this space concerning your invoices. I'll be happy to help you some more. Have a good day.
