If so, please know that the region of your account will be set based on your website's country, where you've purchased your subscription, and we can't change this, which is why you can't change your home currency to US Dollars.
Since you want to change your home currency from Mexican Pesos to US Dollars, I suggest canceling your subscription and creating a new account by choosing the country first: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
