Why is QBO invoices accounts suddenly crashing after exporting and modifying in other apps? Invoices amount suddenly got smaller and payments aren't properly applied?

exporting our files and modifying at https://saasant.com/ because some previous transactions are incomplete. After modifying, QBO amounts are far different from the excel file uploaded. Payments are doubled and mostly unapplied which resulted to a negative A/R and Cash balances.

Hi there, @userbomedianorhea.

I'm here to help you undo the transaction you've uploaded from SaasAnt.

This scenario is commonly happening if the details aren't mapped correctly from our integrated app. No worries, you can either delete these invoice transactions in QuickBooks Online. Or delete it in the SaasAnt program.

Here's how to delete batch invoices in QuickBooks Online:

  1. Go to the Sales menu and select Invoices.
  2. Check the box beside the transactions that were uploaded.
  3. Select the Batch actions button and choose Delete. This is how it looks like:

To know more about how to delete invoice transactions in one go using the SaasAnt application, you may check out their article: How to Delete Transactions in QuickBooks Online using SaasAnt Transactions (Online)?

I'd also recommend getting in touch with one of their live support to guide you with the mapping.

I'd be here if you have other concerns. Let me know in the comment section. Take care.
