It's nice to see you here, @ab58,

Thanks for your interest with our products and services. The option to process online payments in QuickBooks may vary depending on the country version you have.

I'd like to know which country are you using our program for, so I can identify if your location is supported for our online payments.

If you have QBO for USA, you can seamlessly accept online payments from customers using QuickBooks Payments. This feature allows you to send invoices from QuickBooks so your customers can pay you on-the-go.

You can checkout this our site to know more about this feature: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/payments/#payments-main-header

To turn on QuickBooks Payments, follow the steps below:

  1. On your QBO account, click the Gear () icon.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Click Payments from the left navigation and then the Learn More button.
  4. Select Get set up to get started.
  5. Complete the interview and click Accept and Submit.

Once subscribed, you can turn on the online email delivery for your invoices. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Accounts and Settings.
  3. Select Sales.
  4. Click the Online delivery section.
  5. In the Additional email options for invoices drop-down, choose Online invoice.
  6. Click Save then Done.

You can also contact our Payments Support to get more details before signing up to our product. Here's our updated phone number: QuickBooks Payments.

Additionally, we also have online payments for vendors. See the following links for more information about it and how to setup this feature:

I appreciate the time you've given to visit us today. Feel free to mention me for the additional details or any further questions with QuickBooks. I'll be more than happy to help whenever you needed it.
