Bank transactions not uploading

I'll help you update your bank account connected to QuickBooks so you can see the transactions.

 

Before we troubleshoot your bank account not uploading transactions in QuickBooks Online, I would like to know if you encountered an error message when checking bank transactions. Can I also have the name of your Financial Institution? This way, we can check in here if there are reports about your concern.

 

In the meantime, you can manually update your bank's connection to QuickBooks Online (QBO) to start downloading transactions again.

 

I'll show you how:

 

  1. From the left menu, choose Transactions.
  2. Go to Banking.
  3. Select Update.

 

The issue may also be on your bank's end. If you can sign in, you can then check the following:

 

  1. Check your account for messages, notifications, or alerts.
  2. Look for any display issues as you navigate the website. These can block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions.
  3. Check your bank’s website for any announcements about new security requirements.
