BILLS AND EXPENSES

I can easely add a new expense from my phone app in quickbooks but  I can't find how to add a new bill from my phone...  is it possible?

QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app mostly focuses on the tasks to be done on the go, such as adding an expense. With this, the option to create a bill is currently unavailable in the mobile app. This is the reason you're unable to locate it.  

 

As a workaround, you can use your mobile web browser of QBO. Simply open a browser like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox, and log in to your QBO account. This way, you'll be able to enter a bill from there.  

  

  1. Open a web browser.
  2. Follow the link to navigate to QuickBooks Online. Then, log in using your usual credentials.
  3. Click on the +New icon.
  4. Go to Bill, then create a bill.
  5. Enter the information's needed. 
  6. Press Save and close.

 

I'd encourage you to send this suggestion to our developers. Most of the updates we roll out are from the feedback we receive from other users. Being able to create bills in the mobile app might get a chance of being added in an update soon. You can share your thoughts on our feedback site: https://feedback.qbo.intuit.com/.
