A browser issue can be the reason for some cache -related concerns. I've added these keyboard shortcuts to open an incognito window:
If the system accepts your card, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. A piled cache can also cause an unexpected happenings on the opened pages.
We can also switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge as an alternative.
As for the different payment methods, the system accept credit card, debit, and ACH bank transfers. I've added this reference as your guide: Take and process payments with QuickBooks Payments.
