I will help you reset your account in QuickBooks Online.
If the data is more than 60 days, you have the option to cancel your account and start a new subscription if you're using QuickBooks Online Plus and Essentials. The system deletes all data entered, and you're unable to restore or reverse them. You can follow the steps below.
