Can I put my account on hold with no charge and then start it up again when I need ti with all of our info saved?

Hello there, amber-awakenyour.

 

Yes, you can put your account on hold by canceling your subscription in the meantime. QuickBooks keeps your data for one year from the day you cancel your subscription. If you want to use it again, you can resubscribe within a year. Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Select Account and Settings under Your Company.
  4. In the Billing & Subscription tab, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're using a trial, click Cancel trial.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to complete the process.
