You'll want to access your account using a private browser or an incognito window. Oftentimes, the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources that cause some unusual responses. Here's how.
After that, try setting up QuickBooks Payments again. Refer to this video for details: How to set up QuickBooks Payments.
If you're able to set it up, you'll want to go back to your regular browser and clear the browser's cache. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate.
