Hello, I am not able to get the bank transaction for review as soon as payment is made . even after 18 hours the transaction are not available for review

I'm here to help you bring your transactions into QuickBooks Online, @ameygohad-gmail-.

 

May I know the specific bank you're having a problem with? This information will be a great help to find a timely solution. Also, I suggest reaching out to your bank to determine if they are having any maintenance issues that caused connection interruptions. 

 

In the meantime, let's manually update your bank in QuickBooks. Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Banking tab.
  2. Click Update.
  3. If asked, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Then select Continue update.

Meanwhile, you can also manually import your bank transactions to QBO. For the detailed steps, visit this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

 

Once transactions are in, you'll now need to categorise and match them in QuickBooks. This process ensures your transactions are under the correct account.
