Hi recently i managed to connect QB to my company's bank, however QB doesnt reflect new transactions anymore, i thought QB supposed to "auto-sync" with bank transaction?

I'll help you with handling your bank transactions, @finance168.

Once your bank is connected to QuickBooks Online (QBO), the system will automatically download your recent bank transactions. Since they're no longer auto-syncing to QBO, I recommend logging in to your bank's website to review the following:

  1. Check your account for messages, notifications, or alerts.
  2. Look for any display issues as you navigate the website. These can block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions.
  3. Check your bank’s website for any announcements about new security requirements.

If everything looks good, go back to QuickBooks and update your bank manually.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Click on Banking at the left pane, then go to the Banking page.
  3. Select your bank, then tap on Update.

In case you receive specific error messages, you can isolate the issue by following the steps provided in this article: Step 4: Fix specific bank errors.

Once your bank transactions are added to QuickBooks, you can check out this article on how you can categorize and review them accordingly: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

If you have any other questions about the connection between your bank account and QBO, let me know by adding a comment below. I'm more than happy to help. Keep safe!
