Hi, we would like to buy payroll in QuickBooks to start to do it internally. Can not see the option to buy the payroll in the existing QuickBooks

Where is your company located? There is no QB Payroll for QBO Global version. You need to use a 3rd party payroll app.

Currently, the QuickBooks Online International version doesn't have a payroll functionality inbuilt. You'll need to record payroll transactions manually or find a third-party app you can integrate with QuickBooks to handle your payroll. Moreover, you can run reports and customise their data to track your transactions.
