How can I view the expenses for each company that was created?

I'll help you locate the expenses in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) accounts, @luvchathpcompute.

You can run the Transaction List by Vendor report in QuickBooks. This way, you can view your expense transactions in your company. Let me show you how: 

 

  1. Go to Reports and search for the Transaction List by Vendor report.
  2. Click it to open, then this will show you the list of expense transactions in your QBO account.

Repeat these steps for the rest of your QuickBooks company.

 

You can also customize this report to easily focus on the details that matter the most to you. 

In addition, you can memorize this report to save your customized settings.
