You can easily renew or reactive your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account from your company settings. I’m glad to show you the steps.
- Click the Gear icon, then go to your Account and settings.
- Choose Billing and Subscription.
- Click Subscribe or Renew.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to completely renew your subscription.
You can use this information to renew your account subscription. It includes a contact reference in case you're unable to make an online payment or you've run into issues with the activation code.
