How to delete multiple transactions in quickbooks online

Welcome to the Community, @Rajabu_G. Let me share some information about deleting transactions in QuickBooks Online.

If you delete an invoice, expense, or other transaction in QuickBooks, you can only delete them one at a time. The option to do the process in bulk is currently unavailable.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, then select Transactions.
  2. Select All Sales.
  3. Find the invoice that you want to void or delete.
  4. In the Action column, select the dropdown ▼, then select Void or Delete.ack.

If you're referring to deleting transactions uploaded from your bank account. You need to exclude them first before you can delete them in bulk.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu, then choose the Banking tab.
  2. Scroll down to choose the For Review tab.
  3. Select the checkboxes of the transactions to exclude.
  4. Click Exclude button.

Once done, it will transfer to the Excluded tab. From there, you can select the transaction by putting a check mark beside it, then click Delete.

However, if you're referring to deleting an expense transaction, here's how:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, then Transactions, and select Expenses (Take me there).
  2. Find the expense you want to delete.
  3. Select View/Edit ▼ dropdown in the Action column, then select Delete.
  4. Select Yes to confirm that you want to delete the transaction.
