You have to use a 3rd party payroll app. Find any option in your country and you can import the data as Journal Entry into QBO.

The information shared by our Community backer Fiat Lux - ASIA is correct. You'll have to use a third-party payroll app since QuickBooks Online International versions don't have payroll built-in features.

All the apps that you can see in the list can be integrated with QBO. Then, you can now manually enter payroll paychecks in QBO. Just create an expense account and enter payroll paychecks as a journal entry. For more details, see this article (US article): Manually enter payroll paychecks in QuickBooks Online.
