First, you'll still want to pull up the Audit Log report to verify that there are no bills deleted for that vendor. If there is no deletion happened, you can access your QuickBooks account in an incognito or private window. It could be the stored cache and cookies in the browser are the root cause of the missing transaction. Here are the shortcut keys:
Once logged in, go to the Expense menu, then review the bills. If they're now showing, you'll have to return to your main browser and clear the cache. This deletes the junk files and enhances your browsing experience. If the issue persists, I recommend switching to other supported browsers.
