To use a private browser:
Once logged in, go back to the Banking page and manually click Update. This will download the latest statements from your bank including the bank balance.
If you're still not seeing the bank balance, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Team. They can check what's blocking the system from downloading the bank balance.
