QuickBooks Online Payroll is only available in some regions, like Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Some other regions don't have a built-in payroll feature. With that, I'd like to know your location so we can check if you can have a payroll feature.
However, if you're located in one of the countries mentioned above, you can check from your QuickBooks account if you've subscribed to payroll. You'll want to go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings. From the Billing and Subscription section, verify if you subscribe to payroll.
