I unsubscribed QB since last month but the payment is still conducted. So I tried to resume and unsubscribe again but how long that QB's need to schedule my cancellation?

I can guide you in confirming your membership is canceled successfully, finance2. 

 

Once the cancelation is successful, you'll receive an email verification confirming your QBO account is canceled. Then will no longer be charged for the next month's subscription.

Just a heads up, you'll only have read-only access for a year to your account. I suggest exporting or printing it before canceling your account so you have a backup copy of your data. 

 

However, if you are still charged on the next billing cycle, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support. They can access your account and check what charges were made.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Choose to Start a Chat.
