I used my account for test ... Now I need clear All Data and starting real data

I can help clear your data, ahmed.

If your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data is less than 60 days, QuickBooks Online (QBO) Plus, Essentials, and Advanced users can choose to purge their accounts. The system deletes all data entered into the company and can't be restored or reversed.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Once you're signed in, open this link. Alternatively, you can go to the following web address:
  3. To confirm you want to delete your company data, enter Yes, then click OK.
  4. Choose your industry from the drop-down arrow.
  5. Next, select Create accounts based on my industry. It helps QuickBooks set up your chart of accounts after your data is wiped. Don't select Create an empty chart of accounts unless you've checked with your accountant first.
  6. Click Wipe data.

For more details, check this link: Delete your data and start over.

If it's 60 days old or older, you'll have to cancel your account and start a new subscription. I'll guide you on how to do it:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Profile, select Subscriptions and Billing.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel.
  4. Follow the steps to cancel your account.

To start a new account:

  1. Go to https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
  2. Fill up the User ID and password.
  3. You can use the same user ID and password you previously had.

I've added this helpful article with different QuickBooks videos that may help you handle and manage your data: Learn about QuickBooks Online with how-to videos.

Let me know if you have other questions about deleting your data in QuickBooks. I'm always here to help. Take care.
