Where is your client's company located? QB Payment is only available for QBO US and CA. You may utilize a free invoicing app to accept payments by other processors and integrate it with QBO.

As mentioned, QuickBooks Payments is unavailable for our International or Global versions. As a workaround, I'd suggest searching for a third-party application that you can integrate with QuickBooks Online.

 

To do this, I'd suggest following these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to the Apps menu.
  3. Type in the name of the app in the search tab.
  4. You can also click on Browse Category to filter the results.
  5. Once you've selected an app, click Get app now.
