QB Payments is only available in US and Canada. You can utilize a free invoicing app to integrate with QBO and your clients can pay your invoices by Stripe, Paypal, Authorize.net, Braintree, etc.

Let me share insights about enabling your clients to pay their invoices automatically in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The option to do the following mentioned above is to connect your QBO company file to QuickBooks Payments. Doing so will let your customer pay their invoices online. However, QuickBooks Payments currently supports USA versions of QBO.
