Let me get the help you need with your bank transactions.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we have a WebConnect feature that allows you to upload your bank transactions, especially if you don't connect to online banking.
Let me walk you through the process:
- Pick a start date to know the date of the oldest existing transaction currently in the account so you can avoid entering duplicates.
- Get transactions from your bank.
- Review the file format size and keep in mind that the maximum file size is 350 KB.
If the file is ready, continue to Step 4 of this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Once your transactions are in QuickBooks, you're now ready to categorise your transactions. Then, reconcile the bank account.
