Our pay bills option is not working for the past 3 days?

Did you receive an error message when trying to click the Pay bill option? It's possible that a browser-related issue is causing unexpected behavior. We can verify that by trying to log in using a private browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one.

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

Then, pay the bill from there either using the +New > Pay bill or directly from the Bill page. If you're able to do so, you can switch back to the main browser and clear the cache. Other browsers can also help you isolate these kinds of issues.
