To clarify, are you trying to subscribe to a new QuickBooks Online (QBO) account? For most general issues in QBO, clearing the browser cache can fix them. 


First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N


If everything is fine, clear your browser's cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. Issues like this can be the result of too much historical data stored in your browser. You can also switch to a different supported browser to see if it has something to do with your browser. 


Additionally, if you need to make some changes to your billing, payment, and subscription information, you can manage them directly from QuickBooks Online.

Payment link not working

unfortunately, the problem still persists. the page goes back to the same subscribe page every time I click it. It doesn't go forward to the payment option. I know your company has problems in receiving payments from credit cards in India but for now I am not able to go to the next page and tomorrow is the last date. Please help

I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Support team. They can take a look at your account and help you with keeping your account active.


Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. In QB Assistant, enter Talk to a human.
  4. Select Contact Support Team.
  5. Enter the topic you need help with, such as "renew."
  6. Select No, I still need help.
  7. Click Contact Support Team.
  8. Choose Start a chat.

Explore this method as a workaround if you are not able to renew your subscription. Open a new blank QBO account.


then utilize the Copy tool.
