QBO price increase again? Would it be more beneficial if we switched to annual billing?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, @naas-datacolor. I'm here to share with you some information about the price increase of the QuickBooks Online (QBO) monthly subscription.

The QBO price increase is in line with industry standards. This is done to better reflect the needs of users while allowing us to continually improve the service and develop new features.

To get more details, feel free to check this page. This includes the new pricing lineup as well as the updated and improved features of QBO: QuickBooks Online plans and pricing.

Also, to determine whether you need to switch to annual billing, I recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Sales team. They can guide you through the action you need to take and explain more information about the price increase.

Once verified, here are the steps you can perform to switch to annual billing:

  1. Log in to your QBO account as a primary admin.
  2. Next, go to the Settings menu and click Account and Settings.
  3. Then, select Billing & Subscription.
  4. From there, click Switch to annual billing.
  5. Select Switch and click Done.

For additional details on managing your billing information, check out this link: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.

I'd love to know any updates about how this goes. I appreciate any reply and if you have further queries about the price increase. I'm just around the corner to assist you. Have a good day.
