Is it possible to add more businesses in one account?

Yes, you can add multiple business accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO), dylanchw96-gmail.

You can add another company under the same QuickBooks Online account. Each company file has its own paid subscription and you can access them with the same sign-in info.

To add a new company:

1. Visit the QuickBooks pricing page and select the subscription option you want.
2. Enter the email address you use with your existing QBO account.
3. You’ll be prompt that the user ID is already taken. Click the Sign in link and sign to your QBO account. 
4. Fill in the needed information about your new company and you’re all set.
    

If you have multiple companies under separate accounts in QuickBooks Online, here's how to move them all into one account.

Whenever you sign in, QuickBooks asks which company file you want to open. To switch between companies when you're in QuickBooks, select Settings ⚙, then Switch company.

In addition to this, here are a few things you can do to manage all the data in your company files:

• Users you set up for one company aren’t automatically granted access to the other. If you want to give them access, you can invite them.
• Connect a bank or credit card account to the second account.
• You can move your lists (suppliers, customers, inventory, and chart of accounts) to your new company.

One QBO account is for one company file. You can manage branches/divisions by utilizing the Class/Location feature available in QBO Plus. Otherwise you should open a new account.

Currently I am using the Free Trial and there is no such button named Switch Company. Is it MUST subscribe only will have that fucntion? @MaryLandT 

@Fiat Lux - ASIA  yeah I did look at it but my account does not have that function because currently I am using the Free Trail. Is it Free Trail does not have that function?

Try opening the second trial account with the same email address to make sure the switch button is available.
