Resubscription completed but not activated

Thank you for posting here in the Community, sai3.

 

I'd like to share and help renew your QuickBooks Online subscription.

 

Make sure that you're using valid payment methods. QuickBooks only accepts debit and credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.

 

Here's how you can renew you QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription:

 

  1. Login to your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Under YOUR COMPANY, select Account and Settings, then click Billing & Subscription.
  4. Click Subscribe or Renew to the right of Subscription Status.
  5. A subscription renewal screen will open. If you already have an activation code, select that option and follow the instructions.
  6. Add the Billing information and check the Terms and Condition checkbox.
  7. Tick Continue or Make Payment.
  8. Choose the payment option and follow the instructions to complete the renewal.

 

If you're still unable to activate, I suggest that you contact our support team to help you review all information to renew your subscription.
